Retail & Guest Services Coordinator

Cinta Aveda Institute is a state of the art facility located in downtown SanFrancisco that is focused on preparing students to become the top professionals in the Beauty and Wellness Industry. We are a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment with an emphasis on health and well-being. Our rapid and continuous growth has created space for a new addition to our Retail and Guest Services team. This position has potential for growth within our company. Required skills for Retail and Guest Services Coordinator: Guest focused; Strong communication (verbal, written, listening); Results driven; Highly organized; Detail Oriented; Solution oriented; Ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment; Takes initiative; Highly collaborative team player; Adaptable; Positive and demonstrates excitement for what they do; Displays professionalism. Duties include: Applying the Aveda Service Cycle for achieving sales goals; Checking guests in and out of services with students; Booking appointments via phone and/or walk-in guests; Cash register management; Being a role model to students to help develop retail skills. Availability needed Monday through Saturday. Flexible schedule a must!
